Hunting in a Winter Wonderland

The snow has brought many opportunities to those willing to tough out the cold temps. I found a big 8 pointer last week and chased him all weekend. Finally he came out and I missed him at 30 yards – he might have jumped the string. Luckily not all hunters missed like I did. This big buck was taken in Southington, CT on Friday morning:
